Application:
OTT RTV silicone OTT-J8 series are great for prototyping. Rapid prototyping is a method to create a original model or functional parts quickly from your design to an real item. When you draw a CAD and create a new model by stereo lithography or other 3D printing process, it can be duplicated by prototyping silicone to make a mold and cast parts. Now, the prototyping silicone is wildly used for car model, toy model, part model, plane model, phone molding, etc.
Operation Method:
Both pouring or brushing operation methods for our rapid prototyping molding silicone are available. You can choose the best one as your preference, we can provide thixotropic agent for brusing.
Part A: a non-toxic and odorless liquid with translucent color and platinum inside.
Part B: a non-toxic and odorless liquid with translucent color.
ATT: We can do any curing time as your requirements.
What is the hardness should I choose?
Normally 20~40 Shore A will be the best, but it also should according to your size and pattern design.
