OTT-9045# Silicone Elastomer Blend is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomers, which is good for color cosmetic application, cleaner, cream, sunscreens, shower gel, hair care, styling aids and many other potential formulations etc.

How to use?
Add OTT-9045 with small amount of oil-based raw materials uniformly dispersed before adding other materials. If it’s solid material which can be mixed with the OTT-9045, directly. Typical use levels are 5~95% . Don’t use to medical or pharmaceutical.
