Application:
OTT RTV silicone OTT-S8 series are good for furniture molding. With low shrinkage and excellent tension and tear strength, they are great for replicating complex pattern design of polyester, expandable polyurethane foam, solid polyurethane furniture.
Operation Method:
Both pouring or brushing operation methods for our furniture molding silicone are available. You can choose the best one as your preference, we can provide thixotropic agent for brushing
Part A: Silicone rubber is a white liquid
Part B: Catalyst is a non-toxic and odorless liquid, with transparent color.
ATT: We can provide fast/medium/slow catalyst of for hot, warm or cold season.
What is the hardness should I choose?
Normally 15~30 Shore A will be the best, but it also should according to your size and pattern design.
