How to use?
Add OTT-1143 Cosmetics fluid mixed with oily materials previously, and then aqueous phase under stirring and emulsified material together under high shear. Which can be used in cold or heating situation.
Typical use levels are 2~10% . Don’t use to medical or pharmaceutical.
