Application:
OTT RTV silicone OTT-J8 series are great for tire molding. They have excellent tension and tear strength and flexibility, especially almost zero shrinkage. This kind of silicone rubber always can help you make a perfect molds with high temperature resistance.
Operation Method:
Both pouring or brushing operation methods for our jewelry molding silicone are available. You can choose the best one as your preference, we can provide thixotropic agent for brushing.
Part A: a non-toxic and odorless liquid with translucent color and platinum inside.
Part B: a non-toxic and odorless liquid with blue color.
ATT: We can do any curing time as your requirements.
What is the hardness should I choose?
Normally 20~40 Shore A will be the best, but it also should according to your size and pattern design.
